So last night the world found out that the Wizards are not nearly as shitty as the Bobcats, as they beat Charlotte by 28 in the Verizon Center. We also found out that the Wizards have a very talented actor on their squad. In the first quarter, Tyrus Thomas swung his elbows across the face of the defending Singleton, as Singleton fell back to the ground. Thomas was giving a flagrant 2 and subsequently ejected from the game. Even though Thomas didn’t actually touch Singleton, I understand why the flagrant was called. I don’t know about an ejection, but Thomas swung his “bows” pretty recklessly. You be the judge.
